NXP i.MX6 DualLite / Dual / Quad Cortex-A9 (up to 1.2 GHz) with NEON SIMD, VFPv3, L2 Cache for efficient AI and multimedia processing

Memory:

Up to 2 GB DDR3-1066 RAM, onboard eMMC storage up to 64 GB, SPI NOR Flash, optional EEPROM, and microSD support for flexible storage solutions

Graphics & Video:

Vivante GC2000 GPU (Quad-core), supporting OpenGL ES 2.0 and OpenVG 1.1; 1080p H.264 video decode/encode via VPU

Display & Camera:

HDMI output and dual-channel LVDS (up to 2048×1536 resolution); dual camera interfaces (CSI MIPI / Parallel) for vision applications

Connectivity:

Gigabit Ethernet PHY (10/100/1000 Mbps), USB 2.0 OTG + Host ports, PCIe Gen 2.0, CAN, SPI, I²C, UARTs, PWM, GPIOs; SATA interface available on Quad-core version

Power Management:

Single 3.3 V supply with power sequencing and low-power sleep modes, optimized for energy-efficient industrial use

Power Regulation:

Compact form factor (67 mm × 37 mm) with board-to-board connectors for seamless baseboard integration; industrial temperature support from -40°C to +85°C ensures reliable operation in harsh environments
